Cancellation, Return, Refund Policy. - Order cancellation is allowed before delivery; however, a cancellation fee may apply for some payment methods. - We apologize for a no-return policy, as our products are temperature—and storage-sensitive. Once the product has been delivered, we do not know how it was stored and handled. We do, however, refund or send new items for damaged, spoiled, or missing items.
Terms and Conditions: - We try our best to make every batch as similar as possible; however, due to the nature of fermentation and the natural ingredients used, there may be some differences between each batch. Also, the seasonality of fruits’ sweetness may make the stated nutrition a little different. - Our beverages are naturally fermented and may present traces of alcohol of less than 0.5% and drinkable sediments. - The customer is responsible for checking the details of the orders, delivery location, contact details, logistic fee, and order details before payment. The Company reserves the right to deny cancellation once the payment is complete. - We ensure each order is safely delivered and notify the customer about the delivery timing and cold storage requirements. After delivery is completed, the Company is not liable for the handling of the products.
